Decided to take a walk yesterday evening. Not as long as I usually make it, I parked along the loop instead of off behind the soccer field, which adds about another 4 k to the walk, but still a good walk. It felt good getting out and getting my body moving. It also did a lot to help me to feel less sorry for myself about my regain. I still feel like crap for it, but this helped me to feel like I was doing something about it.
